Human POWERED has 2 possible controls

1.   HUMAN - CONTROL =  motion (position and/ or speed) is controlled during the race by a person with no controls from a computer.

SPECIAL EVENTS might involve computer assistance, but the controlling is still done by input from the person’s brain.  Such racing goes in this Human Control Category

Speed and position might be indicated by some mechanical means (speedometer, timers, data-acquiring equipment, etc.)  but position and speed is controlled by a PERSON.   NOTE: this web-site does not considered the human brain a computer

2.  Non-HUMAN CONTROL  =  motion (position and/or speed) is controlled during the race by input from either a pre-programmed,  and , or actively programmed, inanimate computer.  Dr. John isn’t aware of any such racing, but there could be.
